Beer, Mushrooms & Truffle: A Four-Course Feast

Sailors Grave Brewing, Hogget Kitchen and The Icy Creek Truffle Co. are teaming up for an afternoon of good food, good beer and a whole lot of fungi fun.

Join us on Sunday 14th September, 1:00–4:30 PM at Sailors Grave Brewing (85 Marlo Plains Rd, Cape Conran) for a four-course feast where mushrooms and truffles get the star treatment – and the beers are matched to keep things rolling.

We’re even dropping a brand new limited-release truffle beer on the day, brewed in cahoots with Hogget Kitchen and The Icy Creek Truffle Co. It’s as fancy as it sounds, but don’t worry – you still get to drink it.

The Line-Up (food pairings announced soon):

  • Five Ships – Spelt Lager: crisp, clean and a bit classy.
  • Into the Pines – Forest Ale with Mushrooms: earthy as heck.
  • Truffle Beer – Limited Release: first-ever pour, smells like luxury, tastes like beer.
  • Australis – Barrel-aged Chinotto & Native Grain Ale: bittersweet, layered and very sippable.

An afternoon for anyone who likes their food fun, their beer interesting, and their truffles not wasted on pigs. Booking essential and spots are very limited, so get in quick!
